Passengers Stuck After Buses Crash

BASSETERRE, St. Kitts (Wednesday 23rd January 2019)- A collision of two omni buses this afternoon in the New Guinea community resulted in passengers being trapped in separate vehicles.

The traffic accident took place shortly after 2PM involving buses marked CARPY and SECRET within the vicinity of the Boat Yard.

A Jaws of Life device was used by responders of the Fire and Rescue Services Department to free two passengers-a male and a female- from the buses.
