BASSETERRE, St.Kitts (Wednesday 26th September 2018)– A traffic accident within the vicinity at the intersection of Fort and Cayon Streets yesterday caused a debate among drivers and pedestrians alike about who was wrong as it relates the street lights signals.
The accident- which occurred shortly before 6:00 PM- involved vehicles G 17 and PB 1331.
According to eyewitness reports, one driver was unquestionably at fault in causing that collision.
