Autopsy: Single Bullet Killed Shadwell Youth

BASSETERRE, St. Kitts (Wednesday 3rd October 2018)-An autopsy performed on the body of 23-year-old Shakeem Norford of Shadwell concluded that he died as a result of a single gunshot wound to the head.

Results for the autopsy- performed by Forensic Pathologist, Dr. Valery Alexandrov on Saturday 29th September- has been disclosed by police this week.

Police revealed that Norford was sitting in a yard when someone came up behind him and shot him in the head.

He succumbed to his injuries at the scene following that fatal incident which occurred about 4:30 P.M on Tuesday 25th October.

Norford was said to be a resident of New Town before recently moving to Shadwell.

As at news time, no one had been taken into custody in relation to the killing.

Investigations into the matter are ongoing.
