Deandra Dottin and Shakera Selman are among the West Indies Women’s stars set to participate in the Women’s Indian Premier League (IPL) Challenge from November 4-9 in the UAE. Dottin will play for Team Trailblazers, while Selman joins defending champions Supernovas. Meanwhile, West Indies Women’s captain Stafanie Taylor will feature for Adelaide Strikers, and Hayley Matthews will again play for Hobart Hurricanes, in the Women’s Big Bash League in Australia. CWI Director of Cricket Jimmy Adams praised the players: “Their involvement will no doubt also serve to inspire our young women in the Caribbean both inside and outside the game of cricket.”
