PM Drew: Deported Nationals From U.S. Will Be Assessed Case by Case Upon Return

Prime Minister and Minister of National Security Dr. Terrance Drew has assured that deported nationals returning to St. Kitts and Nevis from the United States will be treated with dignity and respect, while also emphasizing that each case will be assessed individually to ensure national security.

ST. KITTS AND NEVIS’ PRIME MINISTER SUPPORTS CXC’S CALL FOR A PARADIGM SHIFT IN THE EDUCATION OF THE REGION’S YOUTH

The Prime Minister of St. Kitts and Nevis, the Honourable Dr. Terrance Drew delivered the keynote address at the Caribbean Examination Council’s (CXC) 3rd Annual Ministerial Summit on Educational Transformation, where he supported the call for educational transformation across the Caribbean region.

FRIGATE BAY ROAD SHOOTING UNDER POLICE INVESTIGATION

The Police are investigating a shooting incident that claimed the life of eighteen (18)-year-old Malik Hughes of Fort Thomas Road, McKnight, St. Kitts. The incident occurred between 9:30PM and 10PM on November 15th, 2023, along the Frigate Bay Road in St. Kitts. Upon arrival at the scene, Mr. Hughes was observed laying on the ground with  multiple gunshot wounds to the body. He was pronounced deceased at the scene.
