SWMC warns against illegal dumping in Frigate Bay

The Solid Waste Management Corporation (SWMC) has announced that effective Monday January 7th, the three bins located in the Frigate Bay area will be removed. Regular garbage collection services will commence on the morning of Tuesday January 8th and will continue twice weekly, every Tuesday and Friday thereafter. Residents are informed that it is an offence to dump garbage where the bins were located in the absence of those bins. Persons caught dumping illegally will be prosecuted. Residents are asked to be guided accordingly.
