Workers (People), what’s the good news today? I ask that question sometimes of people I know. If the person is a good person friend of mine, he or she might smilingly reply “The same as it was yesterday.”

God loves us and both and I rejoice that it will be the same tomorrow. Those of you who don’t know Christ though, don’t have such good news to share.

Hello, we can’t understand why this pessimistic novelist T.C Boyles says if God doesn’t exist and you have no purpose on earth then it’s a mighty mean place ruled by accident.

Workers (People), I like to have good news for you all. Hello! Despite personal disappointments and the evils we see in this world, life is not just a series of accidents. People, our God is in ultimate control (final in a series or process) making even man’s wrath (intense anger) contribute to the fulfillment of his wise and loving purposes.

Workers (People), I thought of sharing the above with you. To my mind, this on the other hand is encouragement. It can be a powerful friend, it strengthens the weak, imparts courage to the faint hearted and gives hope to the faltering (to stop moving steadily and start moving unsteadily. People don’t give up the struggle.

Before I close, let me point out that nearly everyone who I get intact with concerning this topic, all they saying to me the writings is great, and while I like to hear what you are you saying, how about putting it into practice.

At some workplaces, the noise level is terrible. In adequate lighting we in the Caribbean are faced with hazards of dust, fumes and plenty more.

Hear this: I sad it already and I am saying it again “Money is power”; it is the power of service. That principle, Precious my friend, drives most cultures of the world.

People scramble for wealth often at the price of personal integrity (honesty).

Workers! Are you causing stress at work? People, Listen to me: Spend some time examining my writings and also the ILO (International Labour organisation) experience shows that based on its workers and on its organisational cultures, you and I need in a safe and supportive environment feel better  and healthier  which in turn leads to reduce absenteeism, enhanced motivation, improved productivity  and a positive organisation’s image.

*Note Well* Man may speculate about what will happen next week but God showed us in the Bible that he knows the future. This truth is one reason we can have absolute confidence in the book of books. Continue to the Labour Spokesman.

Thank you.
