Man Dies In St.Peter’s Shop Fire

BASSETERRE, St.Kitts (Thursday 13th June 2019)- Police officers and workers from the Fire and Rescue Services Department have left the scene of a deadly fire incident at a shop at Douglas Estate in St.Peter’s while mourners including relatives remain, remembering the victim of this tragedy.

A hearse from the Liamuiga Funeral Home has left the area having been parked close to the destroyed building after a medical doctor officially pronounced a man dead coupled with efforts to remove the body.

At this time, the victim is identified as Gregory.

This media house understands that the fire incident happened sometime after 2am.
