BASSETERRE, St. Kitts – Caribbean Galaxy Real Estate, the developers of the Ramada Hotel in St. Kitts, has once again demonstrated its commitment to being a part of the local community with its continued support for the Green Valley Festival held annually in the Cayon area.

The Green Valley Festival is a community inspired, authentic celebration of the culture and creativity of the people of the Green Valley communities – Canada, Keys, Cayon, Ottleys, and Lodge. The festival is marking its 22nd year in 2019, under the theme: “Fostering Community Development through Cultural Involvement.”

Caribbean Galaxy Real Estate’s “Silver” sponsorship marks the third consecutive year that the company has provided financial support for the popular cultural and entertainment event.

At a brief presentation ceremony at the company’s office in Basseterre earlier this week, a senior company official said that: “Caribbean Galaxy is proud to do business in St. Kitts and Nevis, and is pleased to lead the transformation on the northern coast in St. Kitts. Our company, with the Ramada, will bring jobs and other opportunities, but we are committed to doing more in the nearby communities and so we are happy to support local events such as the Green Valley Festival.”

The official added: “We know that the festival has a legacy of bringing the residents of the Green Valley area together to celebrate their common culture, and the outstanding talents of residents. “We are delighted to be part of this continuing tradition.”

Upon receiving the sponsorship cheque, Ms. Joycelyn Stapleton, Vice Chairperson of the Green Valley Festival Committee expressed, “The Green Valley Festival Committee wishes to acknowledge and thank Caribbean Galaxy Real Estate for its continued partnership with us, and by extension all of the communities that fall under the Green Valley umbrella.”

Ms. Stapleton noted that “Galaxy came onboard at a time when the festival needed an infusion of funds,” and highly commended the corporate partner for the demonstrated interest and support they have provided to the local community.

Activities for the 2019 Green Valley Festival run from Saturday June 01, 2019 and end on Sunday June 16, 2019.

The Caribbean Galaxy multi-million dollar Ramada Project involves top-rate apartments, garden villas and pool villas. It will also include a shopping plaza, business centre, beach club, and other amenities catering to entertainment, business, leisure, tourism and vacation.
