NCI Delivers Care Packages to Senior Citizens on Valentines Day as its Golden Jubilee Celebrations

The National Caribbean Insurance Company Ltd. (NCI) delivered care packages to members of our Senior Citizens’ community on February 14, 2024, as part of its 50TH Anniversary Celebrations under the slogan “At 50 We Stand Tall, NCI Cares For All.” In this season of caring, NCI brought joy to more than fifty (50) Senior Citizens across St. Kitts-Nevis and Anguilla.

NCI is extremely elated to give back to our Senior Citizen community, remarkable pillars of our society. National Caribbean Insurance has had a long involvement with the Senior Citizens’ enrichment initiatives. NCI’s General Manager, Ms.

Diana Williams-Humphrey was also on hand to meet and greet the Senior Citizens and deliver some of the care packages. NCI is celebrating its 50th Anniversary 1973 – 2023, guided by the slogan: “At 50 We Stand Tall, NCI Cares for All.”This Golden Jubilee is dedicated to the recognition of NCI’s founders, its management, and staff and especially its customers.

National Caribbean Insurance continues to leave its mark in the realm of social development in the Federation. NCI recognizes the significance of charitable endeavors and its commitment to serving, protecting, and satisfying the people of St.

Kitts and Nevis. The next event will be a health walk that will bring the whole group of Companies together on February 24, 2024. The retreat was designed to not only foster professional growth but also to encourage open dialogue and fun, setting the stage for a constructive and enjoyable learning experience.

Participants engaged in a series of thought-provoking activities and workshop sessions, sharing insights and best practices to enhance their approach to early childhood care and education. Brown urged everyone to approach the retreat with an open mind and heart, viewing it as an opportunity to strengthen their team and elevate the sector.

She drew an analogy between the sector and a ship, with supervisors and proprietors as captains, navigating towards a common goal with skill and commitment. This 2024 Professional Development Retreat marks the beginning of a series of initiatives by the ECDU to support continuous improvement and excellence in early childhood education, signifying a step forward in building a more cohesive, empowered, and winning team in the sector.
