BASSETERRE (Friday 18th September 2020) — A 38-year-old man was shot and injured inside his mother’s Parson Ground home on Saturday 12th September 2020, and a bullet has been left lodged behind his spine. Wounded is Devon Whattley of St. Paul’s. Police say the non-fatal shooting incident occurred sometime after 1:00 AM; preliminary investigations revealed that unknown assailants fired a number of shots through the window while Whattley was inside. He was transported to the JNF Hospital via ambulance. The Police are appealing to persons with information to contact the Violent Crime Unit at 467-1887 or 467-1888.
