NIA CHARLESTOWN NEVIS (February 18, 2021) — MSR Media is gearing up to start filming the comedy ‘One Year Off’ on Nevis, and several locals including Llewelyn “Sunshine” Caines, P. Clayton Huggins and Charmaine Howell have been cast for speaking roles. Producer Philippe Martinez said over 200 people responded to the casting call, with 168 persons secured for the film. “One thing that really amazed me is the fact that we found some people that have real potential to do several films with us,” he said. Filming locations include Chrishi Beach Club, Golden Rock Inn, and Sunshine’s Beach Bar and Grill. Most of the leading cast have already arrived in Nevis and completed quarantine. Production is due to begin in the last week of February.
