Labour massive!! Everybody can see that Labour has the momentum. When people see rain and still come out to support in their thousands, that is momentum. But we can’t get caught up with momentum and take our eyes off the prize or Timothy. The St. Kitts-Nevis Labour Party and its new leadership headed by Dr Terrance Drew have given the electorate hope. But we have more work to do. We have to continue to pound the pavement. All the by ways and highways must be traversed by us. The candidates must knock on every single door. Absolutely no one is to be taken for granted.

Timothy will stop at nothing to try to win. Just recently the Supervisor of Elections was talking about deregistering people who had not voted in the last two elections of 2015 and 2020. He knows that the people most likely to be affected are Labour overseas voters. He also knows that based on the practice, an audit must first be done and no audit was done. But he still said it — it’s another scare tactic. Just like the talk of ending the PAP and the PEACE programmes. Why would a caring Labour Party end these programmes? The people who are on these programmes live off the money they get from these programmes. And Labour knows that.

The enemy of my enemy is my friend and politics makes strange bedfellows. We need to get rid of Timothy. By any means necessary. And as hard a pill as this is to swallow for PAM supporters, the SKNLP has the best chance of all three parties on St. Kitts of winning at least six seats and forming the government on its own. Which is what the federation needs AT THIS TIME. Stable, sober leadership. History has shown that once there are diverse political philosophies within a cabinet in the form of a coalition government, they are not expected to last long. From all reports from Shawn and Mark, since 2015 they realized that the coalition was not working. But the SKNLP had to be proven wrong at all costs and they were going to stay together even if the country was destroyed in the process. And the evidence is there: no new hotel, no new hospital, no new high school, nothing new of consequence since 2015. The focus of the cabinet was on keeping the coalition together — nothing more, nothing less — and seeing how much money could be made before the coalition broke up.

So we need the caring HAND of the SKNLP to rescue and save our federation. We need all HANDS on deck to get the job done. Vote for the caring HAND of Labour.
