BASSETERRE (Friday 30th October 2020) — Chief Medical Officer Dr. Hazel Laws outlined strict regulations at the Border Reopening press conference on Wednesday 28th October, warning travelers who might try to beat entry regulations through connecting flights to a ‘Caribbean Bubble’ territory. “You cannot come from New York or Miami, go to Anguilla, spend three days, and then come to St. Kitts expecting to be considered part of the Caribbean Bubble. You should have been residing in Anguilla or Montserrat for at least 21 days,” she said. All in-bound travelers must submit a negative PCR test done within three days of travel, download the EXMAPP app upon arrival, and will be monitored for 14 days. An AA flight and British Airways flight are expected to land on Saturday 7th November.
