Just recently I was asked by a friend if I was promoting marijuana? But you know what, if you are thinking what I believe you are thinking, yes you are so right.

I gave a lot of thought to what he said to me, including some further research by reaching out to even more persons than I have ever done so far to get their views, and Oh, I also explored the World Wide Web as well.

A grower’s “TRASH” might just be a treasure for people who love their health.

The Dietitians fully believe that the cannabis plant is an outstanding health supplement, and there are so many different ways to reap the benefits of the leaves, seeds, and flowers.

However, as soon as many persons heard about the cannabis plant, the very first thought that comes to their mind is, Illicit crops, dangerous, illegal, and this plant should not be consumed.

Thus, the Dietitians also clearly state that if it is used properly, cannabis brings many health benefits, especially its leaves.

In its raw form for, cannabis leaves contain a nutrient compound called cannabinoid (Cannabinoids are the chemical compounds of cannabis that have an effect on the human body when the plant is consumed).

However, please keep in mindthat the human body has cannabinoid receptors that help the compound produce many effects, including pain relief, which brings many health benefits to treat many diseases.

Have you heard the buzz about marijuana tea? Well, believe you me; marijuana tea is growing rapidly in popularity all over the world, because it comes with many health benefits.

Below please find a marijuana tea recipe that you can make at home.

Ingredients:
a. 1 Grain of cannabis.
b. 1 Liter of water.
c. Sieve or tea strainer.
d. Pan that has a lid.
e. Liquid or powder coffee creamer.

Method:
To make the tea, the first thing you need to do is bring the water to a boil.
Then, add marijuana directly to the water.
Let it simmer for about 15 minutes. You will have to remove the marijuana leaves with the sieve.
If you are using a strainer, just remove that.
Now you can pour the tea into a sterilized and sealed container.
To make sure the active compounds of the marijuana stay in the solution, add a spoon of the creamers.
The tea’s potency will also remain constant during the storage period.
You can store marijuana tea for up to 5 days by refrigerating it. Depending on your preference, you can drink it cold or reheat it before you do. This tea has a taste that is a little peculiar, and you might take some time to get used to it.
