The COVID-19 virus has been showing up in almost all countries of the world and in several new variations. Here at home we are experiencing an outbreak much worse than what we experienced previously. In the face of this grave danger the incompetence of our government has been laid bare for all to see. While the danger grows rapidly on a daily basis, members of the regime become ever more ravenous, indulging in self-aggrandisement pursuits and allowing the functionaries to take the heat.
Most welcome and encouraging was the announcement by US President Joseph Biden that his country will donate vast amounts of vaccines to more than one hundred countries of the world, especially the poorer ones. Let us all prepare and hold ourselves in readiness to make the best possible use of his generosity. That will be a great boost to our efforts to stay healthy and prepare to take our country back under the people’s control. Dear people, let us exercise every precaution necessary to keep COVID-19 away from ourselves and our loved ones.
