Governments in the Eastern Caribbean have been using the Enhanced Country Poverty Assessment (eCPA) toolkit, developed by the Caribbean Development Bank, to guide their COVID-19 response. The toolkit helps take the guesswork out of determining which families require social protection programme benefits, with Saint Lucia, BVI, Grenada, St. Kitts and Nevis, and St. Vincent and the Grenadines among countries using it.
