BASSETERRE, St. Kitts (Monday 24th June 2024)- Akeem Whyte, a 31-year-old resident of Taylor’s Housing has been formally charged with murder three days after a traffic incident that resulted in the death of 31-year-old James Morton from Lower Monkey Hill, St.
Peter’s. The tragic incident occurred on June 18, 2024, on George Street in Newtown, St. Kitts. Preliminary investigations reveal that Morton was struck by a vehicle while he was on George Street. Following the incident, Morton was rushed to the Joseph N.
