Movie Makers Officially Visit St.Kitts

BASSETERRE, St. Kitts- (Monday 22nd March 2021)- “We are confident that what you will find in St.Kitts has the makings of an ideal filming destination from our lush natural attributes to our manmade infrastructure, and so we are very pleased to welcome you to explore and to enjoy.”
 
So said Minister of Tourism Lindsay Grant while addressing Director Phillippe Martinez of internationally-known MSR Media along with other crew members on an official visit to St.Kitts during a media briefing, for the comedy feature called ‘One Year Off’,
 held on Sunday March 21st, 2021 at the Christophe Harbour Marina. 

The press session was organized by the Ministry of Tourism and the St. Kitts Tourism Authority whose Chief Executive Officer Raquel Brown also welcomed the overseas guests for the official first time visit to  “the bigger island”  having pointed out that the crew has been in Nevis for the filming works.
 
MSR Media is currently in the Federation having sealed a two-picture production deal with the Nevis Island Administration.
 
Minister Grant also told: “We are delighted to welcome you to our shores so you have the opportunity to capture the essence of both islands that make up our twin-island Federation. As you travel our beautiful island, you’ll be struck by our authenticity rooted in our flourishing culture that is exemplify by our warm genuine people.”
