BASSETERRE, St. Kitts (Thursday 15th August 2024) – As the 2024 hurricane season progresses, former government minister and wellknown social commentator Dwyer Astaphan is calling for greater global environmental responsibility to lessen the increasing frequency and intensity of hurricanes.
