BASSETERRE (Friday 9th October 2020) — Courts (St. Kitts-Nevis) Ltd. is offering relief to customers directly and indirectly affected by COVID-19 through its newly-launched Ready Finance CREDI-CARE initiative. Country Manager Trudy Lewis-Allen said Courts had previously frozen accounts of people experiencing financial difficulties with no additional charges or penalties for up to four months. The new initiative offers options to reduce monthly installments, consolidate debt, refinance, shop for needed items, and immediately restore credit ratings. In some cases, the company will pay insurance to ensure customers’ credit ratings remain in good standing. The programme will run for 12 months initially.
