Basseterre — The Ministry of Small Business & Entrepreneurship is thrilled to announce the successful recipients of the Small Business Booster Grant as part of the innovative 40-40 Initiative, a program launched to commemorate the Federation’s 40th Anniversary of Independence, celebrated in September 2023. Forty outstanding small business owners and entrepreneurs were chosen from a pool of over 200 applicants to receive individual grants of XCD$5,000 each to – PUBLIC INTEREST –
strengthen their businesses. The XCD$5,000 grants, which will be disbursed to the recipients, are made possible through the generous donation of a philanthropic donor who wishes to remain anonymous. To ensure the success and sustainability of these businesses, recipients were required to participate in a mandatory training session on fundamental aspects of business management.
