Dr. Terrance Michael Drew was in the first batch of Medical Doctors to be trained in Cuba, after the 1995 Victory at the Polls by the St. KittsNevis Labour Party. Dr. Asim Martin was the first Kittitian – Nevisian to study free in Cuba.
He went on a scholarship provided by Brother Tim Hector of Antigua who had already made contacts with the 1959 Triumphant Cuban Revolution in providing FREE SCHOLARSHIPS to come to Cuba and to study the profession of their choice. After studying in Cuba for a year, Asim Martin returned to the Federation, laden with some twenty FREE scholarships, which he handed to the PAM Minister of Education, who refused to distribute them to the citizens of the Federation.
The USA which is trying its best to destroy the Socialist Revolution, has never offered this type of educational facility to the residents of any third world countries. It must be pointed out as well, that students in the same USA, who cannot afford the astronomical cost ofstudying in the USA have found the FREE TRAINING in Cuba, to be very valuable to them and have studied there.
On their return to the USA, it has been discovered that the training in Cuba is first class and their students studying there poses no Security Threat whatsoever to their country. Yet Cuba is listed by the USA as a country which sponsors STATE TERRORISM!!!!
In the 1959. Cuban Revolution, 70 % of the 11 million population were illiterate. Two years later (1959-1961), The United Nations reported Cuba to be free of illiteracy? I often ask this question. “How can you educate a people, broaden the horizons’ of their minds to think and turn around and subjugate (oppress) those same educated people?
Dr. Terrance Michael Drew returned to St. Kitts, worked for a while and journeyed to the USA to specialize in Internal Medicine. He could have stayed and worked in the USA making plenty money, but he chose to return home to render yeo-man service to his brothers and sisters in the Federation.
Comrade Terrance Drew is driven not by greed, not by fame, but by being the servant of his people, with whom he has not lost the common touch!!What a humble man? We expect him to return the Federation back to the high level of respect and admiration it basked in, prior to the Leadership of Dr.
Timothy Sylvester Harris who sullied, stained, rocked, tarred, tarnished, dragged through the mud, the good name and reputation of the Federation with his many scandals in which he was so Scandalously involved for seven years. Look at the destruction to the good name and reputation he saddled the country of St.
Kitts and the Federation with? HARRIS AGAIN? NEVER, EVER!! I remember this Quotation by Ellen G.Whyte founder of the Sabbath Faith very well.“The greatest want of the world today, is the want of men. Men, whose inmost souls are true and honest: Men whose conscience to duty, is like the needle to the pole: Men, who cannot be bought or sold: Men, who are not afraid to call sin by its right name:: Men, who will stand for the right, though the heavens fall!!” I believe that we have these MEN in our Government today and great things are expected of the Federation with Captain Drew at the helm.
Dr. Terrance Drew travelled to Germany in 2020, where he witnessed the COVID19 sweeping through Europe. On his return home, he went on radio and alerted the country of what he had witnessed while in Germany:. As a born Kittitian and as a Medical Doctor, Dr.
Drew ordered some testing kits to assist the Government. He was ridiculed by Dr. Timothy Sylvester Harris and other Doctors of the Medical Profession who forgot the motto of the Basseterre High School – “PRINCIPIA NON HOMINES!” – PRINCPLES, NOT MEN!!I said earlier in this Article that none of us are gifted to foretell or to foresee what tomorrow holds in store for us, but, if we abide by PRINCIPLES, somebody would remember us for the principled stand that we took!!
Never sell your Principles!!Dr. Terrance Michael Drew is the Prime Minister of the Federation and the Minister of HEALTH, under whom those Medical Doctors who ridiculed him under the Dr. Timothy Harris Led Administration.
How do they feel today? If they had stood up forPrinciples Yesterday, they would have been highly respected today!!Dr. Terrance Drew, like all Past Labour Leaders, do not Render Evil for Evil, but rather render that Evil with GOOD!!, for LABOUR LEADERS are EAGLES?

Those who did all kind of wrong things to Dr. Terrance Michael Drew, now have to gaze upward at him in 15 awe, admiration, wonderment and total respect!! Never allow anyone to drag you down to their yard fowl level. Keep SOARING like the EAGLE you were CREATED to be!!
