Police Give Details On Deadly Shooting

BASSETERRE, St.Kitts (Sunday 22nd April 2018)–  Adrian ‘Dully” Patrick, 23, of Phillip’s Village has been identified as the victim of today’s deadly shooting.

His death is the Federation’s 10th recorded homicide for the year.

According to police, officers from the Tabernacle Police Station and other units responded to a report of a shooting at Phillip’s Village at about 1:56 a.m.

Upon arrival, Patrick’s body was found laying along the side of the road with multiple gunshot wounds.

Reportedly, he is originally from Phillip’s Village but resided in Challengers.

The young man was pronounced dead at the scene by the District Medical Officer.

The Crime Scene Unit processed the area and a number of items of evidential value were taken into Police Custody.

Investigations into the matter are ongoing.
