Chad Seaton of Trinity, St. Kitts, has been sentenced to serve six (6) months at His Majesty’s Prison on two (2) charges of Malicious Damage. The sentence was handed down on June 3rd, 2024, by Her Honour Yasmine Clarke at the District ‘A’ Magistrate Court in Basseterre.
The sentence will run concurrently for both charges. The Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force remains committed to upholding the law and ensuring that those who engage in criminal activities are held accountable for their actions.
