Basseterre, Saint Kitts (22nd April 2024) – The Ministry is pleased to announce the Japanese Government Scholarships for the 2024-2025 academic year from the Embassy of Japan. Citizens of Saint Kitts and Nevis desirous of pursing postgraduate studies are invited to do so under the Japanese Government MEXT Scholarship Program.
Interested person are required to complete all forms and submit the necessary documents to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs by 22 May 2024. The forms can be accessed via: https://shorturl.at/lotyC It is important to note that suitable applicants will be required to sit an examination and attend an interview at the Embassy of Japan in Trinidad.
Associate’s Degree or High School Diploma from 2023 or 2024. It is important to note that successful applicants must undergo
one year of the French Language Program. The application can be found via:https://shorturl.at/auxES Interested applicants are required to submit their transcripts,
birth certificates, copy of passport, criminal record and a medical certificate attesting that he/she is in good physical and mental health and not suffering from or has been vaccinated for any contagious disease. All documents, inclusive of the application form, should be sent to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs no later than 8 May 2024.
