The St.Kitts-Nevis-National Blood Transfusion Services encourages persons to become volunteer blood donors (donating every 3-4 months) or registering as volunteer donors.

Increased blood donations ensure there is always a safe and secure blood supply for those who are in need. Please note Blood donation is a momentary discomfort that can provide a lifetime of difference for a patient.

-Blood donations can be made at the blood bank at Joseph N France General Hospital between the hours of 8:30am to 1:30pm, Monday to Friday. You also may contact us at 1 869 465 2551 ext 2149 or pathlabskb@yahoo.com

– Age of donors 17-65 years, below 17 years a signed guardian consent is required

– Potential donors should have a healthy meal at least an hour before donating and drink plenty of fluids the day of donation especially water

-Blood donations can be made at the blood bank (1 869 465 2551 ext 2149) 8:30am -1:30pm Mon-Fri

– Age of donors 17-65 years, below 17 years a signed guardian consent is required
