BASSETERRE, St.Kitts (Tuesday 29th October 2019) – 29-year-old Michael “Mickey” Davis of McKnight/Saddlers, a man whose second and latest wanted poster linked him to recent break-ins has been charged for the murder of 85-year-old Elva York.
He was charged on Thursday 24th October 2019 for the offence committed on Monday 17th June 17th 2019 at Upper Bourryeaux Extension.
An autopsy performed by Forensic Pathologist, Dr. Valery Alexandrov concluded that her death was as a result of asphyxia due to manual strangulation.
In a wanted poster issued on Friday 11th October 2019, he was being sought by police for a series of break-ins, and was asked him to present himself to the nearest police station.
On 10th July 2019, a police press release indicated that he was wanted for questioning on suspicion of murder.
