The Hon. R.L Bradshaw, our First National Hero, converted the state of St.Kitts and Nevis into a modern political and democratic entity.

The Hon. Denzil L. Douglas converted the state of St.Kitts and Nevis into a modern social and economic entity.

The task was left for Dr. the Hon. Timothy Harris, our current Prime Minister, to carry on from where Dr. Douglas had left off and push to developed St.Kitts and Nevis into becoming an even greater social, financial and economic entity.

Soon after taking up office, Dr. the Hon. Timothy Harris chose to ignore the call to duty and the challenges covert the entity of St.Kitts and Nevis into an oligarchy with he himelf and close members of his family being the greatest and most prosperous beneficiaries.

Reports also originated from within his own PLP Camp crying out that our current Prime Minister and certain members of his Cabinet took acts of Cronyism, Nepotism, Favouritism, Victimisation and Discrimination to a new and unprecedented level and dimension.

Rumours have also been flying around to the effect that large sums of campaign funds for the party have gone missing unaccounted for.

Our current Prime Minister has also been accused of using one million dollars or so of public funds without proper authority, to install a modern security system at his private residence at Tabernacle.

Persons in the know have been questioning the high estimate that has been placed by our Government on hurricane damage in view of the fact that Hurricanes Irma and Maria were said to have caused little damage to St.Kitts and Nevis.

Concerned citizens want to know if it is true that the “Stem Cell Research” Project that was being conducted at the JNF General Hospital was given its approval by the Team Unity Cabinet not to “work for you”, the ordinary man and woman but for members of the Cabinet and if that is why the Cabinet had to make a perfect martyr of honest, decent and upright Dr. Patrick Martin.

People want to know why it is that at this stage in our development the Federation of St.Kitts and Nevis is attracting such illegal and illegitimate Research Projects such as the “Stem Cell Research Project” and the “Herpes Vaccine Research Project”?

Why is the Government allowing the Commissioner of Police to ignore the advice of the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) in the case involving the young Philo Wallace who was shot to death by off-duty Police Officers Zaviel Jeffers?

The general public wants to know why is it that our current Prime Minister could not get on with Mr. Howard Mc Eachrane former National Bank Chairman and Ms. Martiza Bowry Chairperson of the St. Christopher and Nevis Social Security Board?

Since Team Unity has taken over our Dr. Timothy Harris has become our Prime Minister St.Kitts and Nevis is no longer the land of correctness, uprightness and propriety.

We are now living in a land of corruption and conflict of interest where all that matters is the almighty dollar and getting ahead by whatever means possible.

We long for the return of the days of Bradshaw, Lee Moore and Dr. Denzil Douglas.
