Following yesterday’s (Thursday) adjourned matter on the case at the High Court preside over by Justice Trevor Warde QC, Dr. Douglas was overheard in a conversation with Byron saying to him: “Ask Simmonds how I treated him” in referring to the courtesy extended to the former Prime Minister Sir Kennedy Simmonds of the former PAM Administration by his Labour Party government.

Two In Police Custody After Officers Interrupt Drive-by Attackers

To date, two individuals have been taken into police custody after officers who were on patrol during Monday’s drive-by shooting in St. Paul’s stopped the further attack of two adult males and an underage teenage boy by armed gunmen.


Circumstances are that both omnibuses were travelling from Dieppe Bay to St. Paul's while the backhoe was travelling towards Dieppe Bay when H107 collided with the backhoe and HA433 steered off the backhoe, lost control, ran off the road and flipped over several times.
